Well I parked like a lemming. I always think it’s funny when one car parks way over to one side and then every car after just follows suit. I did the same thing pretty much but at least everyone is within their lines!

Not me! I'm the asshole who parks dead centre in my lines regardless of where you are inside your lines. Your car is right on the line? Guess you're going to have a hard time getting in.

My favourite time was when someone in a 6 Series coupe parked with their driver's side almost completely over the line. I parked dead centre in the spot beside it only leaving about 6 or 7 inches of space for them to open the door. Must have struggled real hard to get in because it was gone when I came back and my car was untouched (I took plate #, make/model in case they slammed their door into mine).

Working as a valet parking attendant in a SUPER tight beach parking lot, I learned my parking skills by always parking as close as humanly possible to other cars (often times having to climb out the passenger door) so using lines to figure out where to go never works well for me. I always back into spots as well, no matter where I am.

There's a difference if you were trained to park like that. I'm more referring to the people who only care about themselves and will park across 2 lanes if it takes less effort. In the picture above you are well within your lines so my comment doesn't apply to you.

Haha yeah the idiots are the ones who are clearly over the lines and do not fix the car anyways. I was tempted to fix my spot after taking this picture just because it irked me a little bit. There is a bashed up green Honda Civic that one of my neighbors parks almost exclusively on or over the lines. The front end damage suggests that she is a great driver...

Hah thanks, yeah ive been daily driving the Miata since November. Needs a good clay/wax job now that its finally warm out again! Mechanically in excellent shape though even with 130,000 miles on the clock.
